PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an endoscope control apparatus having a hollow rotary control knob including a small size, a light weight and excellent productivity without damaging even by a pressure difference between an inside and an outside of an endoscope. SOLUTION: The endoscope control apparatus comprises a hollow endoscope and the hollow rotary control knob rotatably controlling supported to the body, a cylindrical shaft formed at the body to rotatably controlling supporting the knob and a communicating passage for communicating a hollow section of the knob with a hollow section of the body.
