PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability without causing any crack when using a nozzle for pouring molten metal even for fastening and tightening the nozzle in the case of fitting the nozzle composed of an upper nozzle, an intermediate nozzle, lower nozzle, etc., in a sliding nozzle device to be used when the molten metal is poured from a molten metal vessel such as ladle and tundish. SOLUTION: A metal case 13 provided in a step part 14 of a bending part is covered to be fittable to a brought jig for fastening on the outer peripheral part of a nozzle main body 12 in the nozzle 10 for pouring the molten metal from the molten metal vessel by being fitted to the bottom part of the molten metal vessel such as the ladle and the tundish. The bayonet fastening portion facing the step part 14 of the bending part in the nozzle main body 12 is formed into a conical state inclining surface or a curving surface state having gentle slope without abutting on the bending part. A filling material 17 such as mortar is charged into a space 16 between the bending part of the metal case 13 and the facing portion of the nozzle main body.
