PURPOSE: An oscillating speaker is provided to achieve reduction of manufacturing costs and compact products by bringing an oscillating function and a speaker function together in a speaker. CONSTITUTION: An oscillating speaker comprises a case(10) in which yokes are mounted elastically to a plate spring(30). A magnet(40) is installed at inside of the yokes. A diaphragm(50) is fixed to an upper portion of the yokes. A first coil(51) extends downward from one side of the under face of the diaphragm closely to the magnet of the yokes. The diaphragm has a convex surface about both ends thereof fixed to the yokes, facing an upper side of the case. On a lower side of the case is positioned a lower plate(60) in which a second coil(61) is fixedly mounted to generate oscillation. When high frequency signal is inputted to the first coil, the diaphragm is oscillated to generate sounds by electromagnetic force between magnet and the coil. When low frequency signal is inputted to the first coil, the yokes are oscillated to generate oscillation by electromotive force between magnet and the coil.
