ROAD SURFACE ANTI-FREEZING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A road surface anti-freezing system is provided to prevent accidents caused by freezing in the winter time by laying hot wires in the road surface and to remove the factor of defectives of important facilities in advance. CONSTITUTION: A road surface anti-freezing system comprises: waterproof paper(41)(41a) formed under a pavement layer; hot wires(44)(44a) laid in the waterproof paper(41)(41a) to generate heat according to power sources; a switch(47) supplying power sources permitted to the hot wires(44)(44a) selectively; and a controller(46) for switching on and off according to the temperature of the road surface or the quantity of snow and rainwater.
