摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize an idle speed against a load of an air conditioner by satisfying a suction air requirement amount of an internal combustion engine at the time of operation of the air conditioner using a suction air temperature and an evaporator temperature as a parameter for controlling a by-pass air amount control valve. SOLUTION: In the idle speed control device, a by-pass air amount control valve for adjusting a by-pass air amount is provided on a by-pass passage which detours a throttle valve. The control device has control means for controlling an idle speed to a target speed by opening/closing the by-pass air amount control valve. A suction air temperature detection means and an evaporator temperature detection means are provided. A suction air temperature from the suction air temperature detection means and an evaporator temperature from the evaporator temperature detection means are inputted and a function for controlling a control amount of the by-pass air amount control valve is imparted to the control means.
