PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomb structure in the form of a roofed house, such as a house-shaped gable tomb, capable of preventing intrusion of rainwater, particularly at junctions between stones which are difficult to find, while increasing the strength of the junctions to prevent cracking which leads to intrusion of rainwater. SOLUTION: In the house-shaped tomb having a charnel, the wall surface blocks of a frontal wall and eaves portions are integrally formed. A columnar ridge retainer formed with a longitudinally extending groove having a fan-shaped cross section is provided. The ends of junctions between stone roof panels are cut in steps, and these stepped portions are combined in opposite relationship, with the overlapping surfaces of the cut stepped portions being inclined and joined together such that they are high at the ends relative to the upper and lower surfaces of the roof panels. Further, each of the stone blocks constituting a wall surface is provided with a longitudinally extending projection on the upper end face thereof and a longitudinal recessed groove on the lower-end face thereof which fits over the projection.
