PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching method and an attaching construction for a tunnel waterproof sheet by fitting hinge members to a plurality of base members without opening holes in the waterproof sheet in the attaching method for a waterproof sheet for preventing water leakage from the primary lining concrete side interposed between the primary lining concrete and the secondary lining concrete in a process of tunnel construction. SOLUTION: The waterproof sheet is used to cover starting from the surface of the base member, a rod member is held by fitting a barrel member, a hinge plate at one side of the hinge member is inserted to the inner side of a channel- shaped tip portion of the base member, a hinge plate at the other end is inserted to the inner side of the channel-shape tip portion at the other end while pushing another bolt downward, then the tip of the bolt is brought into contact with a pushing portion and tightened, in this way, the waterproof sheet can be firmly fixed, and even a waterproof sheet is made by laminating a synthetic resin sheet to an unwoven fabrics, the waterproof sheet can be fixed very easily.
