PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a differential amplifier circuit the capacitance of the capacitors of which is decreased to a degree of those able to be built in a semiconductor integrated circuit and that can reduce the power consumption. SOLUTION: An emitter of a 1st NPN transistor (TR) and an emitter of a 2nd NPN TR being components of a differential input section are respectively connected to collectors of a 3rd NPN TR and a 4th NPN TR, a collector and a base of the 3rd NPN TR and those of the 4th NPN TR are respectively connected via 1st and 2nd capacitors, bases of the 3rd and 4th NPN TRs are connected to a 1st reference power supply via 1st and 2nd resistors in the configuration of the differential amplifier circuit.
