METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING VIBRATION PLATE AND CHAMBER STRUCTURE OF INK JET PRINT HEAD

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a vibration plate and a chamber of an ink jet print head is provided to reduce the plating time by using a thin plate type metal as a chamber plate instead of forming the chamber plate by electroforming, and simplify the thickness control of parts with improved thickness deviation. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a vibration plate and a chamber of an ink jet print head includes the steps of preparing a chamber plate(10) in the shape of thin metal plate of desired thickness, forming an etching-suspension layer(14) on the chamber plate, forming a vibration plate(16) of a desired thickness on the etching-suspension layer by electroforming, patterning a lower part of the chamber plate, and forming chambers(12) by etching the patterned chamber plate.
