PURPOSE: To provide a feed antenna where constant electric field and magnetic field are generated, even it there are a plurality of coils. CONSTITUTION: A feed antenna I comprises a plurality of coils 1a, 1b, and 1c which are arranged concentrically. Feed parts 1d, 1e, and 1f formed at both end parts of coils 1a, 1b, and 1c, respectively, are so arranged that the intervals between them adjoining each other in the same plane but in different phase are regular.
