PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consumer transaction facility capable of increasing the discrimination and amount of money to be dealt without adding a cassette. SOLUTION: Upon judging that one of a plurality of cash cassettes 11 capable of storing two or more discriminations of cash is emptied by the output of cash, a counter part 20 transfers certain discrimination of cash stored in another cash cassette into the empty cash cassette while giving replenishment/recovery to a replenishment/recovery cassette 12.
