PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vector-plotting device, capable of preparing and plotting a picture that is effective for learning about vectors, and a storage medium. SOLUTION: The operation of the sum of two vectors is performed, and a parallelogram obtained by defining the two vectors being the operation objects as two adjacent sides and a vector showing the operation results as a diagonal line is plotted subsequently.
