PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a security for a store terminal by utilizing a store card as if it is a register key and to automatically mount the security even if an unnatural error of the failure of lock setting occurs. SOLUTION: The security is set to be locked/unlocked at a store terminal, where digital money transaction is performed utilizing an IC card, by utilizing the store card. It is automatically transferred to a locked condition when there is no key input for a certain time.
