PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable work for cleaning a drainage basin with a trap pipe to be easily and efficiency conducted. SOLUTION: In the drainage basin constituted by mounting the trap pipe within the bottom section thereof in such a rising manner as to have a fixed height, the bottom section of the drainage basin is pierced to form a through hole, an engaging pipe having a fixed length is installed in such a manner as to protrude to the outward side including the through hole, and the trap pipe is constituted in such a condition that the lower end part of the trap pipe is detachably installed in a standing manner within the drainage basin through the inner-periphery surface of the engaging pipe.
