PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply non-polluting clean electricity to a society by solving a social problem such as disposal of various types of spent batteries in which chemicals are used for the electrolyte for generating the electric power by the chemical reaction. SOLUTION: Shirasu, which is an eruption product of a volcano having some energy and also used as various types of health goods, is drawn attention. When the shirasu fine powders are sandwiched between a cathode and an anode to measure an electric signal, it generates static electricity of 0.45 V-0.75 V, and a means used for dynamic electricity is possible by including water treated by a specified treatment. In a test machine, when a clay type shirasu is sandwiched between a zinc-coated steel and a copper plate and connected to a resistance of 1000Ω, the electric signal of 0.5 V and 0.5 mA can be taken out. It is confirmed that, when the number of the zinc-coated steel and the copper plate are increased, the voltage and the current also increase.
