PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining structure used in upholstery or the like of a vehicle or the like exhibiting superior design without causing a drift, gap deviation, planar vibration or the like between lining members even when it is lined by connection. SOLUTION: Fixing is performed by providing openings 13 in one lining member 10 attached to a body or the like and inserting pawl parts 14 of another lining member 11 in respective openings 13. Pawls 14 of a plurality of the pawl parts to be inserted in respective openings 13 are provided in parallel with each other and perpendicular to a connecting direction (W direction) of the lining members 10 and 11.
