PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a clamping force for preventing unintended loosening of the clamping nut and the relative rotation of the tool with friction lining by the clamping of the tool. SOLUTION: This hand machine tool is for a disc-shaped tool 18, of the type in which the tool 18 can be clamped via a support flange 62 and a clamping nut 20 against the free end 131 of a working spindle 13 received within a machine casing 10. The support flange has a frictional lining 53 on an end face pointed to the tool and the friction lining is almost elastically deformable under compression, i.e., displaceable, at least within a limit.
