PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a building material from material wood without generating destruction rubbish. SOLUTION: A log 95 is formed by focusing strands 91 formed by cutting the material wood from which a bark 11a is peeled off. In the case of the forming, chips 11b wherein the barks are pulverized are mixed. After forming the log 95 into a specific shape, adhesives stuck to the strand 91 are activated by heating to combine adjoining strands 91. Then the building material is formed.
