PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can more efficiently cool a sheet.SOLUTION: An outer chute 27A formed of metal is located on the outside of a second curved conveyance path L7 so that a sheet receives a centripetal force from the outer chute 27A, and the direction of conveyance of the sheet is changed. Thus, a contact surface pressure between the sheet and the outer chute 27A can be increased, and the contact thermal resistance between the sheet and the outer chute 27A can be reduced. The outer length of the second curved conveyance path L7 is longer than the inner length thereof so that a contact time of and contact area between the sheet and the outer chute 27A can be increased. Therefore, an image forming apparatus that can more efficiently cool a sheet can be provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
