摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately measure propagation time of a sound wave in a measuring object space. SOLUTION: A large number of nodes are arranged over the whole periphery in a peripheral edge part of the measuring object space, and the respective nodes have a loudspeaker arranged toward the inside of the measuring object space, a first microphone arranged toward the loudspeaker in front of the loudspeaker and a second microphone arranged toward the inside of the measuring object space in front of the loudspeaker. The nodes of a sound wave generating object convert sound wave data (see (A)) into an analog signal, supply the analog signal to the loudspeaker, generate the sound wave, and acquire comparing sound wave measuring data (see (B)) by detecting the sound wave by the first microphone. The other nodes acquire sound wave measuring data (see (C)) by detecting the sound wave by the second microphone. The propagation time of the sound wave is arithmetically operated by determining the correlation between a waveform of the comparing sound wave measuring data and a waveform of the sound wave measuring data (see (D)).
