PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize combustible waste obtained from a plurality of business placed by converting into a fuel so that a stable fuel supply for power generation can be carried out. SOLUTION: This system is designed to crush the combustible wastes recovered from building sites in a recovery treatment center 2, transport the treated combustible wastes to a fuel storage center 3, mix the treated combustible wastes so as to provide a required calorific value in the fuel storage center 3, output request information about delivery of the combustible wastes to the side of a data center 5 by the fuel storage center 3 at need, output recovery command information from the data center 5 to the recovery treatment center 2 and recover the combustible wastes on the basis of the information from the data center 5 in the recovery treatment center 2.
