SYSTEM FOR RECEIVING/PLACING ORDER OF IT, OFFERING COMPUTING TECHNICAL MANPOWER, BUYING/SELLING SOFTWARE PRODUCTS AND INTERMEDIATING ON-LINE BUSINESS FOR DEVELOPING PROGRAM

PURPOSE: A system for receiving/placing an order of IT, offering computing technical manpower, buying/selling software products and intermediating an on-line business for developing a program is provided to activate electronic commerce by integrating job offering businesses, job hunting businesses and technical manpower groups using Internet technology, by permanently establishing technical manpower markets, thereby realizing an on-line business for developing a program on the Internet. CONSTITUTION: Member companies(80, 90) are connected to a server(10). The server(10) is composed of an IT business module(20), a software product buying/selling module(40) and an on-line development module(60). In case that the member company(80) registers a project or a business the client wants to develop in the IT(Information Technology) business module(20), necessary manpower can be provided through other member companies. The member company(90) can register available manpower in the IT business module(20). The member company(80) inquires the available manpower registered in the IT business module(20). The S/W product buying/selling module(40) intermediates a buying/selling of S/W product package between member companies(80, 90). The on-line development module(60) makes a request for developing a program on line.
