PURPOSE: An automatic call transfer method in a Bluetooth service area is provided to improve the convenience of a user and to enlarge the service area of a mobile telecommunication service provider. CONSTITUTION: A Bluetooth access point checks whether an arbitrary mobile terminal approaches a Bluetooth service area(101). If the mobile terminal is within the Bluetooth service area, the Bluetooth access point sets up and registers automatical call transfer registration information(103). Based on this automatical call transfer registration information, the Bluetooth access point registers a telephone number for call transfer in an ARS through a PSTN(105), and registers the automatical call transfer registration information in a location register through a mobile network(107). Afterwards, if a call request is received to the mobile terminal(109), the mobile network confirms whether the location information and automatical call transfer registration information of the mobile terminal are registered(111). If it is confirmed that the location information and automatical call transfer registration information of the mobile terminal are registered, the Bluetooth access point provides Bluetooth services to the mobile terminal as call connection is made between the Bluetooth access point and the mobile terminal(113). |
