PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the freedom degree of the position of an opening and to enlarge the width dimension of the opening in a unit building. SOLUTION: This unit building 10 is provided with two building units 11A and 11B with regions having no wall in the sides, the building units 11A and 11B are installed adjacent to each other so that the regions having no walls are disposed on a same line, and face-shaped wall panels 12A are provided over the regions having no wall of the building units 11A and 11B. When the basic dimension of the building is set to P, the wall panel 12A is provided with an opening 31 with the width dimension equivalent to 3P or more.
