PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismatic reinforcing device having an aseismatic effect against an earthquake at the seismatic intensity of about 7 when it is applied not only during new construction but also posteriorly to a wooden building, e.g. a general house, a shop, and a warehouse or the like. SOLUTION: This aseismatic reinforcing device comprises a foundation section fixing member fixing the foundation section outer wall surface of the wooden building, a skeleton fixing member fixing a skeleton outer wall surface, and a groundsill fixing plate section fixed to a groundsill surface. The skeleton fixing member is a columnar body having an L-shaped cross section, and it has a skeleton fixing plate section on one face and a skeleton outside angle fixing plate section on the other face. Side wall sections for forming a buffer member storage chamber are erected at both side ends near the outside lower end of the skeleton fixing plate section, notch sections for inserting the groundsill fixing plate section are provided at the root sections of these side walls so that the groundsill fixing plate section can be freely fitted to the lower end of the skeleton fixing member.
