PURPOSE: Provided is a raw food composition which controls the sugar level in the blood. The composition contains raw cereals, vegetables, mushrooms, seaweeds, fungi, oriental herbs, vitamins and minerals. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises: 57.94-72.94wt.% of cereals such as brown rice, barley, sorghum, glutinous millet, white bean, wheat, black sesame, black bean, rice bran, germinated brown rice, germinated coix and alpha brown rice; 9.8-19.8wt.% of vegetables such as carrot, burdock, locust root, turnip, potato, wheat buds, kale, turnip stem, Chinese lemon and pumpkin; 0.4-1.4wt.% of mushrooms such as oak mushroom and Ganoderma lucidum; 1.6-2.6wt.% of the seaweeds such as seaweed, sea mustard and laminaria; 4.04-5.04wt.% of fungi such as yeast, lactic acid bacteria, chlorella and royal jelly; and 1.3-2.3wt.% of oriental herbs such as pine needle, silk worm, mulberry leaf, Lycium and thorny Acanthopanax. |
