PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee arranging machine smoothly moving on a surface of a levee by rolling and beating the surface, to finish in a good state, and capable of improving the binding of an old levee and a new levee because the new levee is made over the old levee. SOLUTION: This levee arranging machine has the levee arranging body 12 formed into a rotating roll shape, a rotary structure 26 for compulsorily rotating the levee arranging body 12 installed therein, and the soil-shaving structure 28 installed in the front position of the banking structure 4 in the traveling direction, and capable of shaving the soil of the old levee.
