PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a decorative panel, wherein a decorative material of each kind is bonded to a woody core material, is widely used in a door for furniture, fittings for building or the like but, since the woody core material is expanded and contracted by a change in external environment, especially, in humidity, warpage is not avoided and, since the surface of the decorative panel is depressed when an article is strongly struck against the decorative panel, the decorative panel is insufficient from an aspect of strength. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is constituted by bonding a metal decorative sheet having a reinforcing layer integrated with the rear surface thereof and a moistureroof sheet to the upper and rear surfaces of the woody core material. By this constitution, the warpage of the decorative sheet can be solved, and the strength and impact resistance thereof are enhanced.
