PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the weakness of adhesive strength and waterproof effect, in a laminate mixed with a light pervious sheet member such as veneer or Japanese paper, and to eliminate anxiety such that many air bubbles remain in the periphery of the light pervious sheet member such as veneer or Japanese paper at the time of production. SOLUTION: The laminate consists of at least plate glass, the resin layer provided on the plate glass, the light pervious sheet member provided on the resin layer so that the outer peripheral end edge thereof is set inside the outer peripheral end edge of the plate glass, the adhesion auxiliary layer provided to the outer periphery of the light pervious sheet member, the resin layer provided on the light pervious sheet member and the adhesion auxiliary layer, and the plate glass provided on the resin layer. Alternately, the laminate consists of at least the plate glass, the resin layer provided on the plate glass, the light pervious sheet member provided on the resin layer and the plate glass provided on the resin layer. The laminate is manufactured by the optimum method for providing the adhesion auxiliary layer to the outer peripheral end edge of the laminate so as to bridge the respective layers of the laminate.
