PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flocculation method capable of arranging treatment equipment on a slight installation area, shortened in treatment time and reduced in treatment cost. SOLUTION: A partition member is formed by suspending a partition wall having a float connected to the upper end thereof up to the bottom of a river or the like and arranging a stirrer and a mooring member to the partition wall and a plurality of the partition members are arranged along a flow, and a first treatment agent is charged in the first partition member on the upstream side and a second treatment agent is charged in the second partition member and a third treatment agent is charged in the third partition member. Turbid water and the treatment agents are mixed in the respective partition members and a water-insoluble substance is sedimented on the bottom of the river or the like within each of the partition members to be removed and cleaned turbid water is discharged.
