PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to wind a sheet on a member capable of precisely assembling the sheet to the member and having a high yield and good quality of an assembled functional part. SOLUTION: A base part W11 of the sheet W1 is clamped by a first collet 15, the member W2 is clamped by a second collet 13, the relative position between the base part W11 of the sheet and the member W2 is decided/held, the sheet W1 is wound on the member W2 while clamping and pulling the tip of the sheet W1 by a chuck 4.
