PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove such a trouble that oil or the like burns and smoke or the like occurs by enabling the cooling structure to keep the temperature within a heating chamber proper, and to shorten the waiting time to the next heat cooking by enabling it to quickly lower the temperature within the heating chamber after heat cooking. SOLUTION: In the cooling structure of a heater which has a heating chamber to store a substance to be heated, at least a bottom wall part and both sidewalls out of the wall part demarcating the heating chamber are made into a double- wall structure, and cooling fluid is let flow through the space in the double wall.
