PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation support structural body having a lamination section 5 laminated with rubbery elastic layers 6 and rigid layers 7 in turn in the vertical direction, suppressing the rubbery elastic layers 6 of the lamination section 5 from being locally broken by ozone or the like, sufficiently securing the vulcanization adhesive strength between the rubbery elastic layers 6 and the rigid layers 7, and obtaining a stable base isolation effect over a long period. SOLUTION: The rubbery elastic layer 6 is made of a rubber composition blended with a p-phenylene diamine antioxidant of 1.5-7.0 pts.wt. and a petroleum wax of 0.5-7.0 pts.wt. into base rubber of 100 pts.wt. containing diene rubber as a major polymer. The blending quantity of the petroleum wax is set to the blending quantity of the antioxidant or below, and the total blending quantity of the antioxidant and the petroleum wax is set to 3.0 pts.wt. or above and below 10.0 pts.wt.
