PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for forming an opening and a unit building, facilitating an installation operation and allowing an opening for a passage to satisfy a reference value after installation. SOLUTION: The panel 30 for forming an opening serves to form the opening 25 for the passage, which is formed in the partition wall of the building. The panel 30 is precedently integrally provided with a square suspended wall part 31 and a columnar vertical frame part 35 extended to an appropriate height from one side surface of the wall part 31. The panel 30 is installed between the adjacent partition panels 23 and 24 of the unit building 20.
