PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a client to efficiently output image data in a stored image file at high speed. SOLUTION: An image file managing device 1 is provided with an input means 1a for inputting the image file composed of plural elements, an identifying means 1b for identifying the plural elements comprising the image file inputted by the input means 1a, a reconstituting means 1c for preparing the image file of a unified form by reconstituting the plural elements identified by the identifying means 1b in the order determined in the unified form, and a storage means 1d for storing the image file in the unified form prepared by the reconstituting means 1c.
