PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the shielding structure of a circuit board that has a simple configuration, and prevents the reduction of mechanical strength and the distortion of a shape in a shielding case for stopping the insertion and omission of the circuit board. SOLUTION: In this shielding structure of the circuit board where the frame- like shielding case 1 is mounted onto the circuit board 2, extension pieces E11, E12, E13, and E14 extended nearly in an L shape to a side where the circuit board 2 is connected are formed at the end edge of a side opposite to a side where the circuit board 2 is connected at side-wall sections A2 and B of the shielding case 1. A first projection having a stopper section is formed at the tip section of the extension pieces. First insertion holes E11', E12', E13', and E14' are formed at a position corresponding to the first projection on the circuit board 2. Each first projection is inserted into each first insertion hole for mounting.
