PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enlarge a selection range of electrical characteristics and to form an electronic component of a magnetic ceramic material as a composite with an electronic component of a dielectric ceramic material. SOLUTION: A magnetic ceramic material layer 11 is made of a material, obtained by baking a mixture of temporarily baked powder obtained by temporarily baking a first magnetic ceramic material including Ni-Zn ferrite as its main component at a temperature by 100 deg.C lower than the sintering temperature thereof, and temporarily baked powder obtained by temporarily baking a second magnetic ceramic material including Ni-Zn-Cu ferrite as its main component at a temperature of 700-800 deg.C. A dielectric ceramic material layer 12 is made of a material obtained by baking a mixture of powder obtained by temporarily baking a dielectric ceramic material including PbTiO3 as its main component, at a temperature 100 deg.C lower than the sintering temperature thereof and temporarily baked power of a second magnetic ceramic material. A volume ratio of the temporarily baked power of the second magnetic ceramic material in the magnetic ceramic material layer is equal to a volume ratio of the temporarily baked power of the second magnetic ceramic material in the dielectric ceramic material layer, that is, is 40-80 volume %.
