PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the appearance by replacing minimum parts in a slot machine type game machine with built-in rotating drums. SOLUTION: A drum unit (14) is disposed on the back surface section of a mechanism plate (2). Then, the built-in rotating drums (15a and so forth) are made to face a window (13) which is opened on the mechanism plate. On the front surface section which surrounds the window, lamp substrates (25, 27 and so forth) for displaying or decorating are detachably attached. In the meantime, a front frame (3) is detachably and turnably attached with a hinge to one side edge of the mechanism plate (2). Then, a display window is disposed at a location corresponding with the rotating drum (15a) on the front frame, and a lamp case (33) is disposed at a location corresponding with the lamp substrate respectively. Then, respective front surfaces are openably covered by closing the front frame (3). At the same time, when required, the front frame (3) is replaced, and the appearance of the slot machine type game machine is changed.
