摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier having an improved slew rate. SOLUTION: An input circuit 300 is comprised of an input stage 312 and an output stage 314. The input stage 312 is comprised of differential pair transistors 301 and 302, and an input signal is input to bases 327 and 329 of the differential pair transistors 301 and 302, and an output is connected to emitter 332 and 334 of the differential pair transistors 308 and 309 of the output stage 314 from collectors 320 and 326. A constant power issuing apparatus 303 is connected to emitters 316 and 322 of the input differential pair, and reaches the ground 330 through resistors 304 and 304 connected to the collectors. The output differential pair transistors 308 and 309 include base terminals 336 and 338 connected to a reference voltage input line 344, and collector terminal 340 and 342 connected to output lines 310 and 311. Further, they can drive a pair of condensers 306 and 307 though the output lines 310 and 311, and an additional circuit configuration as well.
