PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 360 deg. projection panorama projector in which an arbitrary region can be displayed with high definition while projecting a wide view from a single projector and a part of image pickup region can be picked up with definition while picking up the image of entire circumference using a single image pickup apparatus. SOLUTION: The 360 deg. projection panorama projector comprises a single projector comprising an optical system for projecting a wide view video onto a panorama screen, an optical system for projecting a detail video having a resolution finer than that of the wide view video onto an arbitrary region of the panorama screen, a projecting direction control section for controlling the optical system projecting a detail video image and the region for projecting the detail video, and a projection image processing section for correcting the wide view video and the detail video. The panorama image pickup apparatus changes the projector to a camera.
