PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the circuit configuration of a switching regulator type power supply circuit, which comprises a plurality of DC voltage generating circuit and starts operation of the respective DC voltage generating circuits successively by a method, where the rises of the DC voltages are controlled on a secondary side circuit only. SOLUTION: ON/OFF circuits 12 and 13, which turn on/off powers supplied to loads, are provided in respective DC voltage output lines of DC-voltage generating circuits (Vcc2 and Vcc3), other than a DC voltage generating circuit (Vcc1), whose operation is started first. Voltage rise detection circuits 10 and 11, which detect the rises of the DC voltages of the DC voltage output lines, are provided at positions behind the respective on/off circuit or equivalent of the DC-voltage generating circuits (Vcc1 and Vcc2) other than the DC-voltage generating circuit (Vcc3), whose operation is started last. The on/off circuit 12 is closed by the detected voltage of the detection circuit 10 and the on/off circuit 13 is closed, by a voltage produced by closing the on/off circuit 12 and detected by the detection circuit 11 to start the operations of the DC voltage generating circuits Vcc1-Vcc3 successively.
