PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability and to reduce costs by carrying out sound volume control operation and power supply ON/OFF operation by one operation member. SOLUTION: When the rotational speed of a rotation volume is within a prescribed value range, the sound volume is normally increased/decreased, and when the rotational speed is outside the range, the power supply is turned off. When the sound volume is more than the prescribed value at the time of rotating the rotation volume in a prescribed direction, the sound volume is increased/decreased in accordance with the rotational direction, and when the sound volume is less than the prescribed value, the power supply is turned off.
