PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bamboo shoot skin peeler that can simplify the manual skin peeling operations by forming incisions on the bamboo skin as the bamboo shoot is allowed to pass through the skin peeler. SOLUTION: The cylinders 2 and 1 have blades 5 and 4 each and are fixed to the incision part 8 by binding them with a band. A finger press 6 is attached to the cylinder 1 and a bamboo shoot is allowed to pass from the inlet 7 into the cylinders. The finger press is pushed with a varied finger force to freely change the depth of the incisions according to the diameter of the bamboo shoots and the like.
