PURPOSE: A night play exercise appliance having a neon light is provided to allow a user to conveniently exercise at night or in a dark place without requiring a separate lighting device. CONSTITUTION: In a case of a badminton racket, a PVC extrusion nozzle containing a fluorescent material is used along the rim of the racket, and also a luminous bulb is provided. The nozzle is formed with a key groove for securing the passage of wires and neon fluorescent light, and the bulb is a light emitting diode of high brightness actuated at a low voltage. In addition, wires used in the racket and a handle portion are coated with fluorescent catalytic material.
