PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fish or meat being grilled from sending up a lot of smoke by being burned black or flaming, when the flame of gas heat the center part of the pan too strongly. SOLUTION: A stainless wire or the wire of other metal which is crossed as a net shape in circular or in square shape, or rolled in a spiral is used as an auxiliary tool. By installing the heating auxiliary tool at the backside of the bottom of the conventional fish grill, the food can be grilled evenly and the smoke can be prevented from sending up.
