PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confectionery capable of creating original taste by using an original raw material and able to be hygienically eaten. SOLUTION: This chocolate bonbon containing ground cherry is obtained by dividing bag-like calyx of ground cherry into several calyx pieces except for the base, bundling these calyx pieces in reversing state from the base of stone fruit, coating the stone fruit exposed by dividing and reversing calyx with chocolate and making calyx pieces bundled project from coated chocolate to provide a holding part.
