BLOCKING STRUCTURE IN TUNNEL, METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING IT AND WASTE TREATMENT SITE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blocking structure in a tunnel, a method for constructing it and a waste treatment site which make it possible to reduce the hydraulic pressure on a concrete plug. SOLUTION: A water-permeable material 13 is located between a waste burying section 9 where a buffer material 7 is provided around wastes 5 and the concrete plug 25, and a drainpipe 19 is placed from the lower part of the water-permeable material 13 through the concrete plug 25.
