PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign language learning system which improves the ability to speak a foreign language while staying in Japan to about the same degree as the degree of learning of the language of a country where this foreign language is spoken while living in this country. SOLUTION: This system attaches importance to only the one element of speaking by disregarding the three elements; reading, writing and listening in foreign language learning. Persons in a teaching position (namely lecturers, processors, teachers, etc., do not exist in this foreign language learning system and the system holds of only the persons desirable of learning the foreign language. The two or three learners form one set and while the one person speaks the foreign language, the other persons shut up and listen. The speaking side and the listening side are alternated in a suitable time (about three minutes or five minutes) and this alteration is repeated several times.
