PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image conversion panel capable of easily separating and recovering each layer of a support, a lead foil (radiation absorptive layer), a phosphor plate, and the like constituting the radiation image conversion panel able to reuse essential components. SOLUTION: This radiation image conversion panel is provided with, on the support 1, the lead foil 3, the phosphor plate 5 having a stimulable phosphor layer 5b, and a protective layer 4 consisting of a lower protective film 3a for covering the phosphor plate 5 and an upper protective film 4b. The lead foil 3 is fixed by a lower adhesive layer 2a, the lower protective film 4a is fixed by an upper adhesive layer 2b, and the ends of the upper and lower protective films 4a and 4b are fused onto the upper adhesive layer 2b, whereby the phosphor plate 5 is fixed to the support 1 by the tension of the protective layer 4. The adhesive strength of the lower adhesive layer 2a is set smaller than the adhesive strength of the upper adhesive layer 2b. In the disassembling of the radiation image conversion panel, the support 1 and the phosphor plate 5 can be easily separately recovered.
