PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping airtightness inspection device, capable of rapidly conducting air-tightness inspection in a narrow space a human being cannot go into, while reducing failure detection error. SOLUTION: This piping airtightness inspection device 1 is equipped with at least a device body 5, disposed in a manner of covering a part of the piping 4, a piping grasping means 40 for grasping a peripheral surface of the piping 4 so as to fix the device body 5 on the pipe arrangement, a rotational movement means 50 for rotationally moving around the piping 4, a foaming agent applying means 81 for applying a foaming agent along the outer peripheral surface of the pipe arrangement, a foaming agent observing means 82 for observing a state of the foaming agent, and a foaming agent suction means 83 for suctioning the foaming agent 90 applied on the outer peripheral surface of the piping 4.
